The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing a small finance team. Job responsibilities: • Drive financial planning • Guide and supervise all on going activities of the finance and accounting department • Evaluate financial reports • Prepare and submit annual accounting data for audit and confirm annual tax reports prepared by the auditor CPA. • Ensure compliance with local and foreign laws associated with company policies (e.g., US, GAAP or IFRS) • Maintain strong relationships with senior executives & shareholders • Ongoing communication with accountants and bookkeepers in our foreign companies • Manage all salary and HR aspects (contracts, salaries, pension payments ext.). • Oversee and execute monthly payments to suppliers and tax authorities

We are looking for a Finance Analyst to join us in our Golan Heights Office. The Finance Analyst will lead the financial planning and strategy of the business. The Ideal candidate will have proven experience in the performance marketing industry. Job responsibilities: • Develop short-term and long-term financial strategies • Prepare detailed analysis of budget, forecasting and financial trends • Develop, implement, and lead comprehensive ongoing job costs and systems • Maintain strong relationships with senior executives & shareholders • Brief the senior management teams on short-term and long-term financial business activities • Evaluate company performance and recommend improvements • Implement effective internal controls and ensure compliance with control guidelines • Prepare and present monthly and quarterly analysis to the shareholders
