Position Title: Quality Engineer

Reporting To: Quality Team Leader

Job Description

Lead quality aspects of Afimilk’s current products line throughout product life cycle: NPI, transfer to production, process validation, production, ECO, customer complaints, MRB
Responsibility for Sub-contractors’ quality - lead, initiate, be involved, assist, coach, and improve performance
Interpret manufacturing outputs and customer inputs, define problems, collect and analyze data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions to improve KPIs
Initiate and lead cross functional quality projects, RCAs, corrective actions and more
Select and apply quality procedures, methods, and statistical techniques
Support Regulation and QMS activities

דרישות התפקיד וניסיון נדרש:

Skills

The successful candidate should have the following:
Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering / Electronics (ONLY!!!)
At least 5 years of experience as a Quality Professional – acquired quality tools and has hands on experience with quality tasks and processes from R&D to mass production.
Proven experience in leading quality aspects throughout product life cycle
Experience with managing external production lines and with R&D interfaces
Experience in PCBAs
Lead auditor – Advantage
CMQ/OE, CQE – Advantage
