As Quality Engineering Manager, you will have responsibility for leading Afimilk quality assurance day to day quality activities and projects.
This role provides quality support for operations, leads personnel, and ensures release timelines are met. Functions include personnel development, deviation review/approval, documentation reviews, and validation review/support. You will also be the leader in defining and implementing quality systems and processes to drive continuous product and process improvement Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following (Other duties may be assigned): Leading and continuously improve company's Quality Management System and quality engineering activities, Monitor and analyze quality performance and KPI Mange/Support investigations of escalation, deviations, CAPA's, risk assessments, FMEA, root-cause analysis activities internal or supplier sites. Lead day to day the personnel manufacturing transfer quality engineering activities. Such as product quality documentation, customer complaints, ECO's, non-conformities, FAI, Document control and fields corrective action. Develop and maintain successful external auditing plans for Suppliers and their 2nd tier Collaborate with Operations, R&D QA, Engineering and Manufacturing functions to ensure quality standards are in place. Responsible for leading and implementing IPQC,IQC,OQC approval to supplier Collect, analyze and interpret statistical data, performs analyses and provide reports as required. Actively involved in the NPI process Takes an active role in leading, reviewing, and approving quality manufacturing product changes. Validation of manufacturing process to meet targets, production output and quality standards

The SW engineer in this position will join an experienced development team implementing algorithms in a Professional Data analysis application analyzing high volumes of data in the dairy industry.

The production Engineer will be responsible for the continuous improvement of Afimilk products, support our TK suppliers, manufacturing processes, production and assembly, cost reduction initiatives and processing of engineering changes. In this role, you have the opportunity to be responsible for Supporting production lines with all Mechanic/Electro-Mechanic aspects, troubleshooting, and project’s needs along with engineering day to day tasks to Afimilk released products in all aspects improving our products efficiency, capacity and quality. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following (Other duties may be assigned): Support Turn- Key/Suppliers engineering activities for box build/subunits, local and overseas throughout the project lifecycle and post release Support on-going production processes and equipment, train subcontractors & production line, validation of manufacturing process to meet targets, production output and quality standards lead operation engineering processes such as Waiver/Deviations, EOL, root causes analysis, continues improvement, Audits. Generate and maintain product documentation and operation procedures to support Afimilk production lines (AI, block/process diagram, ATP's, etc.') Responsible for conducting product ECO process include implementation and configuration control, , lead and implement data-driven quality, manufacturing, and cost improvement projects. Responsible for maintaining Product file, BOM, jigs/tools/Fixtures design, production needs and troubleshooting Ensure early focus of manufacturability in New Product Introduction (NPI) &existing install base Manage and execute FAIs at subcontractors’ site Support quality related tasks, documentation, and process (IQC, IPQC, OQC. DOE, 8D,CAPA)

In this position, the engineer will be required to: Perform mechanical design as part of a multidisciplinary environment. Lead projects of mechanical development from requirements to a full production file Perform tests and experiments. Adapt design to extreme environmental conditions while keeping low manufacturing cost.

The New Product Introduction Engineer will function as a key member of the Operations team that ensures an orderly transition from R&D to Operations. The NPI Engineer will be responsible for new product introduction, manufacture processes, product documentation, tech aspects, tooling, support test equipment and automation for both new and existing products. In addition, the engineering will support sustain manufacture products and activities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following (Other duties may be assigned): Responsible for building and managing Product/Production file, Product documentation, BOM, jigs/tools/Fixtures design, DFX's, production needs and troubleshooting Be the operation technical focal point and collaborate cross functionally with R&D, engineering, supply chain, quality Managing and control Turn- Key/Suppliers engineering activities for box build/subunits, local and overseas throughout the project lifecycle and post release Engaging test related projects with subcontractor delivering electrical and mechanical related test equipment to the production line Responsible for conducting product ECO process include implementation and configuration control Manage and execute FAIs at subcontractors’ site Validation of manufacturing process to meet targets, production output and quality standards Support operation engineering processes such as Waiver/Deviations, EOL, FMEA, root causes analysis, continues improvement, Audits. Support on-going production processes and equipment, train subcontractors & production line Support IQC, IPQC, OQC documentation and process Implementation of manufacturing transfer requirements, TTP from Afimilk to Suppliers/Contract Manufacturing and its 2nd tier (if applicable).
