Financial Controller

We’re seeking a full-time Controller to join our vibrant Finance Team at Afikim The Controller will be responsible for the preparation of Artlist’s financial statements, cash management, and internal management reporting and controls under the direction of the Director of fonance. In addition the Controller will oversee payroll, option grants and additional Finance related processes. Wake up for this: Oversee daily operations of the finance-related activity of the company. Monitor and analyze monthly operating results against budget. Manage local accounting Manage vendor PO process Create internal controls and add tools to monitor expenses. Monitor the payroll processing of the Company and its subsidiaries. Establish, monitor and enforce policies and procedures. Manage the preparation of the quarterly and annual financial statements under the direction of the Director of Finance and in coordination with the external auditors. Manage cash balances to maximize return, and limit risk; Manage the preparation of financial outlooks and financial forecasts; Create special reports per management’s instructions, by collecting, interpreting and outlining financial data. Prepare financial analysis for contract negotiations and product investment decisions. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal budgetary reporting requirements.
