We are looking for a Digital solutions director to join our team!
Our products are used for monitoring, managing and controlling water resources in municipal and national water-supply systems as well as in irrigation and fireprotection systems.
The main objective of the digital solutions director will be to put us in a leading position in the market-place by offering products that enable monitoring and controlling of the mechanical products produced by the company that are interfacing with existing and future management and control systems in the market.
Main Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Gain a deep understanding of customer needs and requirements, translate these into prioritized detailed projects and product plans
2. Direct Cloud & IoT Project R&D management combining wireless connectivity hardware and embedded software development according to the marketing plan
3. Partner with the R&D, sales, and operations to gain understanding of the required products, features, and processes
4. Manage sales of digital and assist the sales teams to communicate value propositions and create a cohesive, high quality customer experience
5. Identify and manage project risk and maintain project plan
6. Lead and work with regulators and figure out the most efficient way to comply with standards and regulations
7. Ensure Testing and quality management
8. Delivery of financial reporting and forecasting to management
9. Build and lead a highly competent core team that work collaboratively to design, develop, and deliver the best possible user-experience for our customers
10. Manage external contractors to ensure project plans are met
11. Help grow the team and seek out new relationships with contractors
12. Analyse feedback from the clients, contractors, sales teams, and other key stakeholders
