Reporting To: Director, Product Marketing
Location: Israel

In this position the Manager will be required to:
Gather needs for future products,  identify optimized solution, lead strategic & tactic product roadmap, 
Be responsible for full Product Lifecycle ownership of all software products.
 Be in charge of characterization of new products
 Initiate product marketing activities and materials
 Launch and go-to-market plans
 Work in an exciting multicultural organization, leading products that are sold in mass numbers, interface with sales, dealers, and end-customers worldwide  
 

דרישות התפקיד וניסיון נדרש: 

 

  • At least 5 years of experience in software product management (preferably B2B) or: shorter PM experience plus R&D team leader background
  • Thorough understanding of organizational processes - experience working with internal SW and QA teams, from definition to launch
  • End to end product life cycle experience from inception to scale marketing - must
  • Advantage to experience in the following fields:
  • Sophisticated, data rich products with significant customer base
  • UI, specifically for low-tech users
  • Cloud / IoT products or Industrial automation and/or Agricultural technology
  • Products or systems which combine hardware and software
  •  Advantage to experience in adjacent discipline/roles, such as:
  • Product marketing / Marketing / Business Development
  • R&D developer / team leader
  • Program / Project Management

Education:

  •  BSc or BA in relevant field (computer science or adjacent field) - advantage
  • Relevant MA/MBA - advantage

Personal Attributes:

  • Leadership
  • Personal capacity - direct management, sub-contractors, matrix management
  • (Management experience (managed team of PM and/or R&D
