We are looking for an experienced CFO to join us in our Golan Heights Office. The CFO will oversee the financial operation of the business. Moreover, be responsible for the company’s treasury. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing a small finance team. Job responsibilities: • Drive financial planning • Guide and supervise all on going activities of the finance and accounting department • Evaluate financial reports • Prepare and submit annual accounting data for audit and confirm annual tax reports prepared by the auditor CPA. • Ensure compliance with local and foreign laws associated with company policies (e.g., US, GAAP or IFRS) • Maintain strong relationships with senior executives & shareholders • Ongoing communication with accountants and bookkeepers in our foreign companies • Manage all salary and HR aspects (contracts, salaries, pension payments ext.). • Oversee and execute monthly payments to suppliers and tax authorities
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance • In depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices • Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills • Knowledge working with foreign exchange currencies • Experience working with an external CPA • Outstanding analytical, financial modelling, problem solving and strategic thinker • Order and Organization a must • Well-versed in labor laws • knowledge and understanding of Israeli accounting and tax laws • Experience leading a financial team • Ability to learn and apply accounting laws in foreign countries • High level of English (Reading, Writing & Speaking)- Mandatory More Details: • The position is open to all genders • The position is based in the Golan Heights • The position is 5 days a week office based • Travelling abroad may be required from time to time
