15/07/2021A Marketing account manager is part of the Integral Account team, which includes the Field Sales Manager and the Resident Engineer. The Account manager is responsible for the HQ Activities of the Account Team. :Essential duties and responsibilities • Facilitate in-house interface and activity coordination of the Account Team and Supporting Resources within Arkal (Engineering, Supply Chain, R&D, PM etc.) • Manage Direct Communication with End Customers • Integrate Data, coordinate and record the RFQ activity, works to optimize costs and prices in order to get the best solution to Arkal and to the customer. • Create communication depth between all fields inside Arkal and to customer by understanding deeply customer needs and the translation to Arkal way of work and to translate back to customer way of work. • Drive and motivate all fields to meet customer needs and timing, keep all relevant contact in Arkal updating with process improvement. • Monitor his sales account manager tasks, keep him updating on-line with all relevant information.
• Economist / Industrial engineer and management - advantage • Previous job experience (1-2 years) – advantage • Experience with global customers. • Experience with industry and production. • Understanding of customer needs • English- high level (Read/write/speak) -must have • Excel- high experience with Excel’s formulas - must have
