14/11/2022Shamir Optical Ind. develops new AI algorithms and eye-tracking solutions based on deep learning and machine vision algorithms. • Research and development of deep-learning and computer vision algorithms using cutting edge technologies. • Develop AI algorithms for Shamir's products. • Be part of a multidisciplinary team designing and developing system solutions. • This is a full-time position, located in Haifa, hybrid work, and working in Shamir's HQ at Kibbutz Shamir from time to time.
Job requirements: The successful candidate should demonstrate the following skills: • PhD Degree, M.Sc with thesis in the field of CV & DL is a MUST. • Strong theoretical background in AI & deep learning • 5+ years of experience in overall practical software engineering. • Experience as a machine-learning / algorithms engineer / computer vision with state-of-the- art algorithms (i.e. object detection, multi-object tracking, and instance segmentation) • Experience with deep learning algorithms for image or video processing. • Strong Python and C++ programming skills. • Experience in developing deep learning models with TensorFlow, PyTourch, Keras, or other common frameworks. • Fluent English, and excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
