• Translate high-level requirements into detailed technical documentation including PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, flows, and functional definitions.
• Break down requirements into epics, stories, and development tasks, and manage them within Jira.
• Own and maintain the team backlog, ensuring priorities are aligned with roadmap and sprint goals.
• Support the development teams throughout implementation by answering questions, clarifying requirements, and helping resolve ambiguities.
• Participate actively in Agile activities including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily meetings, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Define and maintain system-level requirements for multidisciplinary products involving software, cloud, firmware, hardware, and mobile applications.
• Work closely with QA teams to align acceptance criteria, testing scope, and Definition of Done.
• Maintain traceability between business requirements, development activities, and validation processes.
• Lead requirement review discussions and alignment meetings with Product Management, R&D, QA, and additional stakeholders.
• Support roadmap and release planning by providing feasibility analysis, effort estimations, technical considerations, and risk assessments.
• Evaluate new technologies and third-party solutions when relevant to product and business needs.
• Support product validation activities and product readiness processes leading up to release and NPI stages.
