We are looking for an ambitious Software Business Analyst team player who has the passion to analyze customers needs, explore the most appropriate solution to meet their expectations and to create easy to understand documented requirements involving workflows, wireframes and prototypes.

דרישות התפקיד וניסיון נדרש:

Experience and Qualifications 1. Industrial Engineering or Business Information System or equivalent degree. 2. A minimum of 3 Years experience as a Software Business Analyst, ideally in complex systems 3. Proven experience in User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) design of complex systems for desktop, web and mobile applications. Please link a portfolio of your work. 4. Experience in prototyping tools (Axure, Figma, InVision) 5. Experience in designing tools (Photoshop, Sketch, Figma, Illustrator) 6. Experience in writing Software Requirements Specification (SRS) documents 7. Understanding of the Software Development world (Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) methodology) Personal Skills 1. Excellent oral and written skills to communicate complex issues and influence others 2. Strong facilitation and collaboration skills 3. Positive attitude, ability to work independently and as part of a team 4. System thinking skills and great attention to details
