Our Katzrin site focuses on the design and manufacture of precision medical devices. In this role, you will be responsible for making changes and improvements to current processes and maintaining the validation/verification status of processes and equipment. • Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste. • Design and conduct experiments to optimize production methods and troubleshoot process issues. • Collaborate with R&D, quality assurance, and production teams to ensure seamless product development and launch. • Analyze data and prepare reports on process performance, identifying areas for improvement. • Implement and maintain process control systems and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements. • Provide technical support during the production process, addressing any issues that arise. • Lead root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives to resolve process-related problems. • Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
• Education: B.Sc. degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a relevant field – Must. • Language: Fluent in business English (reading, writing, and conversation) – Must. • Experience: Some experience in medical device quality, development, manufacturing, and/or project management – Advantage. • Validation Knowledge: Familiarity with validation methodologies (IQ, OQ, PQ, TMV) – Advantage. • Investigation Tools: Knowledge of official investigation tools and methodologies – Advantage. • Personal Qualities: Ability to work independently and flexibly, with a willingness to persevere, resourcefulness, drive to succeed, and an entrepreneurial spirit. Must be able to flex and support other groups as needed in collaboration. • Travel: Ability to travel abroad as required.
