We are looking for a Marcom specialist with emphasize on development and implementation of brand-building according to Marketing strategy. 

Your goal will be to increase sales and brand awareness through effective marketing plans and campaigns.

In this role, you should be creative and results-oriented, as well as an excellent communicator and team player.

Job Responsibilities

• Partner with company's management to determine brand objectives and strategies
• Research markets and study the company’s brand
• Overseeing and developing marketing campaigns
• Promotional activities, writing and proofreading creative copy
• Monitoring performance
• Help develop and optimize marketing campaigns (product launching and promotion)
• Coordinate sales, product management, R&D and other teams
• Track project budget
• Analyze industry, competition and market trends
• Prepare reports on brand performance and sales
• Ongoing work with Shamir's subsidiaries and the company's internal departments
• Working with external and internal suppliers
• Creating and producing marketing items
