19/03/2026Position Overview The Global Partnerships & Development Operations Manager serves as a central operational anchor of the department.
The role is responsible for the administrative, logistical, and procurement coordination that supports the development of strategic partnerships, philanthropic development, the University establishment, and the broader rehabilitation and growth of Israel’s North. Key Responsibilities
• Planning, coordinating, and executing donor visits, delegations, strategic partners (local and international), and senior guests.
• Producing and supporting events and projects within the department’s areas of activity.
• Providing ongoing support to the Department Director and VP, including preparation of documents, presentations, and reports; managing tight timelines with flexibility and strong problem-solving skills.
• Managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and tracking follow-up tasks.
• Overseeing procurement processes, payments, vendor coordination, signage, documentation, budgeting, and performance tracking.
• Working closely with internal and external stakeholders across the institution and beyond.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree – required.
• Experience: Prior administrative/operational experience in a large organization – an advantage.
• Experience in event or project management – an advantage.
• Familiarity with philanthropy, external relations, or resource development – a significant advantage.
• Experience working with international stakeholders – an advantage.
• Technical Skills: Full proficiency in MS Office and office management systems – required.
