Position Description: The Information Developer (Technical Writer) is an active participant within the Development group and has an excellent understanding of the documentation development process, the software development process, and product lifecycles. • Develop high-quality technical documentation by working with writers and engineers. • Under direction of IDD Manager, take ownership of assigned projects; follow through to complete the product cycle, and report accurate and timely status for all assignments. • Work with reviewers to ensure technical accuracy and appropriateness of content according to prescribed project deliverables and schedules. • Become a subject matter expert on the product being documented, as well as make recommendations to improve technical information based on target audiences. • Collaborate with writers and editors to ensure adherence to the prescribed style guide for the seamless flow of information to our customers. • Participate in peer reviews and incorporate feedback into documentation materials. • Initiate and recommend creative ways to improve technical information deliverables and processes.

עבודת back office במכירות:

• טיפול בהזמנות ללקוחות פרטיים ומוסדיים
• שמירה על קשר ישיר עם הלקוחות השונים ממעמד ההזמנה ועד לאספקה, גבייה
• הגדלת מאגר הלקוחות של החברה וקידום מכירות

התפקיד כולל:
ביצוע החלטות ועד הנהלה, ניהול כ"א, ניהול תקציב הקהילה, ייצוג הישוב כלפי גורמי חוץ, תכלול וסיוע לעבודת הועדות, מענה אישי לתושבים.
משימות עיקריות: צמיחה דמוגרפית, הקמת מערכת חינוך וביסוס חיי קהילה.

היקף משרה: 50%-75%

• שירות ומתן מענה לכל סועדי חד"א ולאורחי התיירות.
• ביצוע עבודות ניקיון לפי הצורך.
• הגשה בליין החם.
• אחריות על כל פינות ההגשה.
• עזרה במחלקות השונות לפי צורכי הענף.
• רישום ממוחשב של הסועדים בארוחות.

• אחריות לתפעול השוטף של מרכז המבקרים.
• פיתוח המרכז.
• אחריות על צוות המרכז (כולל שיבוץ והדרכות)
• סיורים, הדרכה, מכירות.
• אחריות לכלל הפעילות של היקב במדיה החברתית
• ייזום קמפיינים, מבצעים, פרסומים
• פרסום ניוזלטר למועדון לקוחות בתדירות של כאחת לחודש
• שימור ושיפור קשרי לקוחות ומועדון לקוחות
• גבייה והעברת חומר להנהלת חשבונות
• סיוע בעבודה השוטפת בכרם וביקב במידת הצורך
• שותף לתורנויות שבת וחג על פי סידור העבודה
